Salary: £50,150 – £55,722 per year

£41,792 – £46,435 (London)) or £38,674 – £43,317 (home-based or another regional or national office)

Are you looking for a new challenge in the Charity Sector? Eden Brown is currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Engagement Manager (Maternity Cover) on a 12-month fixed term contract for a leading national health Charity.

As Senior Customer Engagement Manager you will inspire and motivate more supporters than ever by delivering, developing, and advising on tailored engagement journeys. You will focus on building long term relationships with supporters including leading the customer journey for the new brand campaign.

The charity is promoting a cross working culture and you will be required to work closely with other teams including working with the team to develop the new CRM.
To apply you must have had experience in a senior fundraising or marketing role strong experience of audience segmentation and using data and insights to shape customer engagement activity. You must have had experience of developing and delivering supporter and engagement strategy.

The Charity are an incredibly flexible employer and this role can be home based or office based in London.
