IT Programming Assistant

An established, forward thinking and highly successful wholesale and distribution business have a new opportunity for an IT Programmer/Social Media Assistant, to join their successful and fast paced marketing and I.T. team.
The role will suit a recent graduate or recently IT qualified individual, who has a good foundation of knowledge and grounding with some core programing skills and IT ability, as the role will involve Coding/Core Prorgamming, Website Administration and also involvement with the company presence on Social Media platforms, i.e. Linked-In, Google+, Facebook etc.

Candidate Requirements:-
” Software development skills/Coding Experience, with knowledge of Java
” Knowledge of Social Media platforms preferred
” Website/web design ability preferred
” Ideally possessing a creative flair and have marketing awareness/mind-set, to contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives
” The ability to be commercially driven, and to work reactively and proactively within a busy commercial environment
” To be articulate with excellent English Literacy
