Location: Birmingham and the Midlands
Salary: £40,000pa + £48,000 OTE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced medical device Territory Manager with capital equipment sales experience in the Midlands. Working for a market leading organisation, the role offers the opportunity to take over and build upon a range of existing accounts with a focus on the NHS.
As a Territory Manager you will be expected to increase the sales and profitability of your division by implementing local sales and marketing strategies, as agreed with the Regional Sales Manager. You will be responsible for the direct sales and promotion of the product range across the territory; involving the demonstration of surgical equipment to clinical staff within hospitals, carrying out meetings with business and procurement managers, as well as providing after sales support. With current knowledge of the marketplace, demonstrating commercial awareness, you will follow up leads to develop and expand the customer database.
The successful candidate must have proven capital equipment sales experience; working with key accounts and key opinion leaders within the healthcare sector. A Degree is preferable or nursing / theatre qualifications are desirable.
