Shopping Centre Manager

Salary: £26,000 per year

We have a great opportunity for a Shopping Centre Manager to join a team within Birmingham.

This small but successful scheme is looking for a Centre Manager to manage & drive key areas of operational delivery/success including: –

* Full contract management across Security, Cleaning & Maintenance – ensuring high standards across all areas

* Retail tenant liaison, support & communication

* Driving strong operational standards across all areas

* Finance & Service Charge Budget Management & Reporting

* Working, communicating with the wider property team

* Engagement with city centre partners

Candidates will ideally hold IOSH and/or NEBOSH Accreditation, along with strong operational delivery experience (ideally within a Shopping Centre environment).

This is a full-time opportunity, working on a fixed 2-year contract (with the potential of extension), ideally starting asap.
