In House Paralegal

Salary: £26,000 per year

In – House Paralegal (Training Contract opportunity) – Cambridge

Our client are a pioneering, global leader working at the cutting edge of the bio-technology industry.
They are seeking an ambitious and highly capable paralegal to work closely with their business and legal team to provide high level legal assistance and support.

Experience required:
• A minimum of 1 years legal team experience, ideally in both law firm and in-house including experience of reviewing and drafting contracts.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification. including completing/completed GDL and LPC.
• Multi-lingual language skills (French, German, Spanish, Dutch) desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities will include:
• Providing support to a global (EMEA) Legal team.
• Act as liaison between company attorneys, outside counsel, organisations and in-house employees.
• Lead or assist with Legal team projects or policy updates, including compiling data from a broad range of legal sources.
• Draft, edit and proof contracts, leases, licenses and insurance policies.

• Ability to work under minimal supervision, strong analytical abilities, resourcefulness, and accountability.
• Committed to working to a high standard with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent client care skills
