Salary: £78,000 per year

£65,000 p/a | FT Days | Privately Owned Care Home | RGN/RNLD/RMN Considered | Experience Preferred

An RGN/RMN/RNLD Registered Nurse with care home management experience is required to work as CQC Registered Manager and lead a private nursing home on the outskirts of Brighton.

The home offers round-the-clock nursing care to elderly residents supporting those with dementia, sensory impairment, and physical disabilities.

• A permanent, full-time contract of 40 hours per week working on day shifts.

• A great annual salary of £78,000which equates to NHS Band 8c

As Registered Manager, you will coordinate and oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient service that does not compromise on the quality of care or life. You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management to the clinical and non-clinical teams in addition to managing budgets and resources.

What the home is looking for in a Nurse Home Manager:

• NMC Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)

• Ideally have experience in managing a UK elderly nursing home

• A strong leader and able to motivate, lead and support clinical and non-clinical staff

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a UK nursing home

• Financially aware and able to manage and adhere to budgets
