Light Industrial Refrigeration Engineer

Salary: £163.2 per hour

They deal with a lot of manufacturing, process cool, large scale bespoke operations for their clients. With a great reputation amongst the industry and with their employees they can boast a low staff turnover and people coming to them to want to work with them. They keep hold of their staff as they get looked after… couldn’t be simpler than that.

They are recruiting for a Light Industrial Refrigeration Engineer you will be:-

• Providing service, maintenance and breakdown cover on large commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment
• Working with off shore cold storage, process cooling, some ammonia equipment, heavy commercial and light industrial equipment
• Working with food distribution centres, ice rinks, frozen fish processing plants, various manufacturing companies
• Covering central belt Scotland

Skills Needed:-

• Experience needed in heavy commercial / industrial refrigeration service and maintenance
• Having ammonia experience would be a major advantage
• F gas needed, safe handling of ammonia cert would be beneficial
• Living around the central belt of Scotland would be needed – living close to the Edinburgh side would be an advantage

Benefits

• 37-40k basic salary depending on experience (38 hour week)

• Call out rota (£136 for being on call) and overtime available when/if you go out
