Regional Manager South (Maternity Cover)

R3 are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager for the South area, covering Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire, this role is a 12 months Maternity cover for a sophisticated womenswear designer clothing brand.
The purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales and deliver the companies retail operations strategy. The successful Regional Manager will responsible for developing the geographical region, communicating, networking and influencing across all levels of the business.
The ideal candidate for the Regional Manager South will possess the following essential skills:
