Location: Ipswich, Debenham, Diss, Eye, Felixstowe, Trimley
Salary: £26,000per yearpro-rata / £26,000 per year + Excellent Benefits

We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to work 30 hours each per week at our services in Ipswich, Debenham, Diss, Eye, Felixstowe and Trimley. The position of a Support Worker is varied and will work with people we support to maximise their independent living skills and exercise as much choice and control over their lives as possible.

This is a hugely rewarding role. One of our Support Worker’s has said “Being able to go to work every day and bring a smile to someone’s face and help them achieve goals in their daily life is the most rewarding feeling in the world”.

If you can work in a people orientated role and are a caring person who enjoys enabling people to achieve their life goals and aspirations we would love to hear from you. Experience within the care sector is an advantage but not a necessity as full training will be provided. You must be willing to work flexibly; as hours include early, late and sleep in shifts (addition payment for sleep ins).
