Recruitment Consultant
Due to growth and expansion our company Lime People Search & Select Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join an existing successful team working from offices based in the centre of Bradford.
We are seeking someone who is extremely organised, with strong communications skills.
You will have 3+ years experience working as Recruitment Consultant within a specialist industry sector, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships and developing new business, as well as demonstrable knowledge of dealing with clients & candidates and the Recruitment process in general, including sourcing & methods / candidate attraction, interviewing techniques, offer management etc. You will already have a number of relationships already in place from which you can develop further coupled with in-depth knowledge of your industry sector/s, with a contact base / network to get you started.
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter, who knows their industry and sector/s, who are passionate about their role, who are able work independently and do not need to be man managed. You will want to make an impact within your industry sector and be known as a specialist (if not already).
We offer working in a relaxed, non-target driven, friendly environment within newly furbished offices in Bradford with an extremely generous base salary and strong commission structure.
Lime People has been operating in the UK and Tenerife for the last 8 years, backed by a group of Recruitment companies which have been in operation for more than 20 years. We provide Recruitment services to specialist industries in the UK, currently we cover the Financial Services, Investment Management & Industrial sectors.
