A regional construction contractor based in Derbyshire are seeking a Health, Safety and Quality Assurance Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate would report to and work under the Operations Director

*
Required to be present in Contract launch meetings to enable completion of Inspection test plans, declaration of performance and C.E. conformity certificates for each contract

*
Compile all relevant paperwork and records which form part of the production traceability process and file on to the intranet

*
Liaise with production to organise weld tests when relevant and also carry out paint checks, the results of which will also be filed on to the intranet

*
Complete customer satisfaction report on completion of each contract via telephone, also ensure there is a signed handover/completion note

*
Produce O and M file for each completed contract

*
Log all Non-conformance reports and review weekly with the Operations Director

*
Maintain and review matrix of weld test records for each workshop operative. Liaise with Operations Director and Responsible welding coordinator to organise tests when necessary

*
Maintain and review matrix of H and S qualifications for all production operatives

*
Organise testing of lifting equipment – file records

*
Organise testing of electrical equipment – file records

*
Organise testing and inspection of safety nets – file records

*
Annual renewal of the CHAS certification

*
Record accident statistics

*
Assist with any HSQA questionnaires either for prospective new client supply chain applications or for future memberships/affiliations the company may apply to

Knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Excel and Office in general would be required in order to carry out the above in an efficient and proactive manner.

The NEBOSH qualification would also be ideal but not essential for the role.
