Assistant Store Manager – Luxury Retail

Wild are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join a modern luxury fashion brand in Portsmouth. You will have experience working within the fashion and retail industry at Team Leader or Supervisor/ASM level.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the sales floor, supporting staff and ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a positive, upbeat nature and will promote a profitable and friendly sales environment. A minimum of 2 years supervisory retail experience is required and you must be willing to work weekends and evenings to fit around the demands of the business.

This role will require the successful candidate to take charge of the store in the Store Manager’s absence and feel confident in leading the team from the front.
