Nursery Room Leader – Leatherhead

Our clients are looking for an experience Room Leader to join their Baby Room

This is a great opportunity to join an ‘OUTSTANDING’ nursery setting.

As the Room Leader you will be responsible for the daily planning and education of all the children in you care, you will also have a small group of key children who’s daily targets will need to be met through your passionate and dedication to Early Years education

Room Leaders play a key part in this nursery and full support will be given by the management team.

The successful Room Leader will be expected to work full time – Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week and all year round

Competitive annual salary up to £28,200per annum. All salaries are dependent on qualifications and experience.

Our clients are also looking for qualified practitioners to join their team, across all rooms, salaries vary between £19,500 – £22,500 depending on the role, your qualification and experience

About you –

* Full and relevant childcare qualification – NNEB, CACHE L3, NVQ L3 or above

* Clear and Enhanced DBS check

* Excellent knowledge of the EYFS Framework

* Excellent organisational skills

* Passion for Early Years Education

* Excellent communication skills

* Previous experience would be desirable for the senior roles
