Sales Negotiator / Contract Hire Sales Specialist required in Manchester

£26,000Basic Salary + Commission £30 OTE

(Negotiable depending Experience)

An experienced Contract Hire Sales Negotiator is required within our clients Manchester based Leasing company. Dealing directly with SME’s and private individuals, you will be able to offer a range of very competitive funding packages provided via a number of leading leasing funders.

The company, an industry known, leasing company, provide leasing and finance options to both individuals and businesses; they are backed by a network of dealerships across the UK who offers a massive range of vehicles. With access to a wide range of leasing funders and the backing of a major dealer group this is a unique opportunity for the right candidate.

It is essential that all applicants have experience within a Contract Hire Brokerage specifically in the Motor Trade. Other areas of experience that would suit this position would be motor industry or finance industry sales and the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent telephone and self-motivational skills.

The ideal candidate will:

* Self-generate new prospects and make contact via direct outgoing sales calls
* Bring on board new prospects and liaise with dealerships to generate leads
* Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering profitable sales volumes
* Will enjoy working well within a team – team work skills are essential.
* Have excellent computer skills i.e. excel, word etc.
* Good communication skills and self-motivation.

Responsibilities to include:

* Selling leasing agreements.
* Meeting sales targets.
* New business sales calls and on-going account management with existing clients.
* Talking directly to funders to obtain quotations and obtain credit facilities for clients
* Using own initiative and be fully able to converse with clients regarding all aspects of Contract Hire.
