HTML 5 Front End Web Developer – Basingstoke – £30,000 to £40,000

HTML 5 Front End Web Developer for mobile platforms required to join an industry leading organisation from their head office in Basingstoke

The role of HTML 5 Front End Web Developer will involve working across the full development lifecycle. You will be working within their applications team that covers development for iPhone, Android, Blackberry and HTML5.

You will helping to develop cutting edge, compelling and breath taking HTML 5 applications for tablet and mobile based devices.

You will be working across a number of projects for some major, household UK and US based companies.

The correct HTML 5 Front End Web Developer will hold a university degree within Computer Science or equivalent, have at least 2 years commercial experience and have proven experience developing browser based apps. You will also have the following technical skills

*Strong technical experience and knowledge within HTML, CSS and JavaScript
*Experience of ensuring cross-browser functionality for complex browser based applications
*Knowledge of Adobe InDesign & Photoshop
*User Interface Design experience would be beneficial
*Working knowledge of XML and XSL
