Selective Recruitment are seeking dedicated and ambitious Sales Executives on a permanent basis on behalf of a well-established Distributor in Oxford.

Role: Sales Executive
Location: Oxford
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 per annum plus commission
Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Role responsibilities;
You will be responsible of building and maintaining a strong client base to ensure business growth
You will make outbound calls and emails to prospective clients
You will be responsible for qualifying your own leads
To respond and negotiate with prospective clients to ensure conversion
Contacting contacts to facilitate the success of the business
To manage your own portfolio of clients maximising new business and any other opportunities
Use effective questioning to obtain a thorough understanding of the competitors and their products
Knowledge;
Strong business sales negotiation skills and/or relationship-building experience
Excellent telephone manner – must be comfortable outbound calling
Previous Telemarketing/Sales experience
Ability to establish rapport and build relationships quickly
Ability to communicate confidently and assertively with clients and colleagues, including senior managers
Ability to manage workload effectively whilst working to a number of deadlines
