The Role of a Recruitment Consultant:
The role of a recruitment consultant would provide both variety and gratification as you would be responsible for your own candidates and accounts. With the help of a dedicated training manager and devoted team you would emerge yourself in every aspect of a highly skilled consultant’s role where you would source and interview candidates, arrange and attend client meetings whilst working towards both individual and team targets. There would always be someone on hand to ensure that you were working to your potential, meeting your aspirations and reaping the financial rewards. There is no need for previous experience as a comprehensive training programme is provided as soon as you join the business and from there on in to ensure you have all the tools you need to carry out the role.

Key Skills:
Of course experience within recruitment is an advantage though we are actively seeking applications from candidates with sales experience alongside great values and abilities. You would need to be very committed and be able to work in a competitive environment coupled with the desire and motivation to succeed and accomplish great things. As with any sales role you would need to have remarkable communication skills and be able to adapt to working both individually and as part of a highly cohesive team. Salary: £26,000 – £31,200per yearBasic Salary with realistic earnings of £40,000 – £50,000

Commutable from: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, Enfield, Middlesex, Luton, Bedfordshire and North London

Candidates may have relevant sales experience having held roles in; Telesales, Estate Agency, Banking, Telecoms or IT etc as a Consultant or an Executive.
