One of the country’s leading supplier to the veterinary industry requires a Customer Advisor to join their busy team. This growing business consistently has been built upon its commitment to identify and satisfy customer needs.

This is a fast paced environment and the role of the care line operative is to deal with incoming orders, processing and ensuring that orders are dispatched well within the customers time frames which can be as less than 12-24 hours. You will be working within a friendly and enthused environment and will have the support of your meticulous line manager at all times for additional support. The company prides itself on its customer service, high levels of stock and delivery times and that all starts with you!

Reporting directly to Careline Manager you will require the following for the role:

* Ability to present a professional telephone image and be SAP proficient.
* Able to completely and accurately process all aspects of hard copy processing and achieve a rate of no less than 250 lines per hour.
* Able to competently and accurately process audio orders at a rate of no less than 300 lines per hour.
* Able to competently and accurately process non-stocked items (Specials), including sourcing information as necessary.
* Ability to gain product knowledge to a high standard.

Due to the level of stock, value of products and customer expectations you will have the following attributes:

* Experience of SAP.
* Excellent B2B and B2C skills.
* Meticulous, organised and pro-active.
* Previous call centre, customer advisor experience.
* Exemplary customer service skills.
* Speed and accuracy.
* Previous delivery service background (desirable).

Further details about the role:

* 10am – 6.30pm (4 days).
* 9.30am – 6.30pm (1 day).
* Total hours per week – 38.
* £26,000 per year.
* Maternity cover with a view of extension.
* Full on the job training.
* On site parking.
