Spring Personnel
Salary: £26,000 – £35,899.5 per year
Description
Out client based in Hitchin are looking to add a member to the team.
This is a part time role working 29 hours per week. (As an average over a 7 week period) on a rota basis.
The role will include day, night and weekend shifts. (Evening and weekend shifts attract a higher rate)
The role requires:
* Answering and managing inbound calls in a timely manner
* Staying calm under pressure as some of the calls may be of an urgent nature.
* Liaising with family members of the customer, along with emergency services
* Accurately inputting relevant data on to an in-house system.
* Having a clear and confident telephone manner
* The ability to follow and adhere to policies and procedures.
The role requires a Criminal check, which will be paid for by Spring Personnel and repaid to Spring Personnel by the successful applicant via agreed terms.
