Our Client based in Newbury is looking to recruit a Production Operative / Box Builder on a contract basis, our client is a leading electronics Manufacturer based in Berkshire. This role would suit an Assembly Operative who has box build knowledge and capabilities along with, IPC, Box Build, J-STD, Soldering, SMT, Prototype Electronics assembly.
Job Description
You will be working in a team of specialist assembly technicians assembling and providing Box Build Support. You will need to be accurate and produce high-quality products working in a fast paced production facility. The production of products to the highest quality and reliability standards are paramount Perform/prepare to build, test, or inspection activities before and during product manufacturing.
You will as also be able to understand and follow technical drawings.
* You will be required as the Production Operative / Box Builder you will be required to work to the highest standards.
* Be able to minimise Production times by using Accuracy and get it right first time attitude.
* Must have experience in Assembling, Wiring, Box build, and Soldering within a high-end production environment
* Have a good general understanding of industry standards and regulations in order to ensure machinery and equipment are operated safely
* Proven experience of all aspects of box build manufacturing processes
* Demonstrate basic PC skills
* Have good attention to detail to maintain or exceed high levels of production standards
