Software Team Lead – Embedded Software – £75k – £85k – Oxford – Semi remote
Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a rapidly expanding Electronics manufacturer in Oxford now seeking a Software Team Lead with good experience leading Embedded software projects from design to manufacture.
The company are rapidly expanding due to successful investment as well as recent successes in the market. The company are keen to find a Software Team Lead with solid understanding of Firmware and experience leading a small team of engineers.
You will be working as a team to develop innovative solutions. The company are able to offer semi remote working with a preference for engineers to be onsite 1-2 days a week.
Software Team Lead – Embedded Software – £75k – £85k – Oxford – Semi remote
Key Skills:
5+ years commercial Embedded C experience
Previous experience leading software teams on embedded software projects
Good experience using either C++ or Python
Excellent Verbal and written communication
Familiarity with Electronic design and/or liaising with Electronics engineers
