Our client is a dynamic and well-respected motor factor supply automotive parts and spares into the automotive aftermarket. They pride themselves on exceptional service delivery and offer a broad range of products to their diverse customer base.

Due to ongoing growth and the current demands of the automotive industry, they now require an Assistant Branch Manager for their distribution branch in Wrexham.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this vital role involves assisting in the daily running of a very busy and successful operation. You will help to drive current sales growth within the branch and assist with the future success of the branch, realising its full potential. Responsibilities include ensuring the offering of a first class service, and providing customer support in all departments.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate at all levels and a proven record in staff development and customer liaison. Ideally, your experience will come from within a parts department or automotive retail spares environment.
