Roving Facilities Manager (North West)

Salary: £38,400 – £40,800 per year

We have a great opportunity for an IOSH Accredited Facilities Manager to manage 8-12 sites (mixed-use/residential & retail) primarily in the North West but could be called to support to support sites in the North East.

This key role will provide Facilities support across these sites & duties include:-

• Service charge administration / reporting / management
• Contract management across hard/soft service delivery
• Providing building & site operational management
• Growing client & tenant engagement & relationships
• Ensuring full site compliance
• Ensuring sites use the helpdesk facilities
• Supplier management
• Conducting H&S & Property Inspections

Candidates will hold a minimum of IOSH Accreditation.
