Mechanical Engineer

A thriving turn key business specialist consultancy based in central London is seeking to recruit an experienced Intermediate/Engineer level Mechanical Design Engineer to assist with the development of the London office in a support role working very closely with the Technical Director on a number of key and high profile projects.

The Intermediate/Engineer level Mechanical Design Engineer will have the opportunity to work on some prestigious high end retail, residential and commercial fit out projects and will have the confidence to support on high value MEP projects and assist on a range of projects across multi disciplinary teams.

The ability to run projects and operate IES modelling is essential.

The role will include responsibility for detail HVAC design and project management including the following areas;

The client has delivered a wide variety of projects across the high end Retail, Prestigious Buildings, and Commercial. Long-term strategy for the Intermediate/Engineer level Mechanical Engineer is to progress to Senior and then Associate level on a prescribed career route supporting the growth of the office and business order book.

This position exists due to planned expansion and following successful project wins in larger projects forfilling a large proportion the project order book for 2013 and 2014.
