Responsible for contributing to the delivery and management of audio, web and video conferencing, you will provide outstanding customer service and act as a representative for the company. You must have:
•Fluency in Spanish
•Professional Customer Service experience, preferably over the phone
•A clear, articulate telephone manner
•Excellent Communication skills
•Proven ability to use your own initiative and work well under pressure
•Strong organisational abilities
•Experience dealing with business clients (B2B) is desirable but not essential

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday on a flexible slight shift pattern in Croydon, Surrey.
