Inbound Customer Service Operative

Key Tasks:
The successful applicant will be required to take inbound customer enquiries, problem solve and provide support, advice and guidance promptly and professionally.

The following skills are essential:

1) Min 12 months inbound call handling experience (either in call centre or large call volume environment preferably)

2) Exceptional customer service ethos and desire to provide excellent support

3) Confident and pleasant telephone manner

4) Able to stay calm under pressure and organise tasks according to priority

5) Computer literate with ability to use an in house system for tracking and recording

6) Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

7) Required to work alternate Saturdays 12.30pm – 5.30pm

8) Checkable 5 year work history (employment references with no gaps) – required for security clearance – please contact us if you need further advice on this requirement

*Salary: £26,000per year
*Monday – Friday
*Core hours 8am – 6pm (shifts)
* Alternate Saturdays 12.30pm-5.30pm (higher Salary: )
