Brooks-Harper Recruitment Ltd are currently seeking Bench Joiners to join our client’s team on a full-time temp to permanent basis.

The Company

Our client is a leader within the UK construction market offering bespoke joinery solutions for Commercial, Residential and Specialist projects, with an enviable reputation in their space.

In-line with their growth goals, they are now looking to appoint additional Bench Joiners to strengthen the team and cope with continued demand.

We are delighted to offer this on a temporary basis, leading to permanent employment after a successful temporary period, for the right candidate.

The Job:

As a Bench Joiner you will be required to work within the custom, well equipped workshop shop. Your day-to-day work will include:

* Assembling High-end Joinery

* Producing top quality finished products

* Using hand and power tools

* working as part of a skilled, dedicated team to hit department targets

To be successful in this role, you will be:

* Able to work from technical/CAD drawings.

* Have previous working knowledge of bespoke or traditional joinery, shop fitting or cabinetry/ cabinet making.

* Be able to produce high quality work.

* Be meticulous & organised, with an eye for detail

* Be able to work in a fast-paced target driven environment.

* Be a good communicator, able to communicate with machine shop and workshop management, keeping them informed of any issues.

The Hours:

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday – 44 hours per week. There may be some overtime available as needed.
