Business Development Representative

The successful candidate will provide excellent telephone support to customers, developing professional, reliable relationships, whilst maximising all sales opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Calling a range of customers on a regular basis
• Maintaining accurate and up to date information on the systems
• Maximising all sales opportunities, promote/up-sell company promotions
• Working towards targets, budgets and strict deadlines
• Dealing effectively and professionally with customer complaints
• Answering customer queries regarding services, policies and procedures

Ideal knowledge, skills and experience:
• Strong communication skills – with ability across all levels of customers, staff and management
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous experience of telephone sales
• Previous experience of dealing with difficult and demanding customers
• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing target driven environment

starting salary of £26,000 per yearwith generous bonus earning potential paid quarterly. Hours 8:30 – 5:30 Monday to Friday.
