Salary: £26,000 per year
Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our national client in the recruitment of a sales coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis initially in there Buxton office.
As a sales coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in providing excellent customer service by handling and processing incoming calls and emails and processing orders.
Key Duties:
* Process customer orders on the system.
* Ensuring customers receive an excellence customer service at every stage.
* Management of incoming calls and supporting with customer queries.
* Inputting data into the CRM system.
* Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
* General administration.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service and providing the very best support, therefore experience within a customer facing role is essential along with some administration experience.
of planning or scheduling would be desirable along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
