Assistant Store Manager – Global Food Retailer

£27,600 – £34,800 per annum + bonus (approx. £5,000-£6,000 per annum) + 5 weeks holiday + pension + other benefits + 26 weeks training + progression

Location: Surrey, London & Kent

My client is looking to recruit high calibre Assistant Store Managers to join their rapidly expanding business. If you have experience as a Store Manager, Business Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Department Manager, Section Manager or Duty Manager from a fast paced retail, food service or hospitality environment this is the role for you.

Successful applicants do not need food experience, but should have strong man management skills, a passion for delivering quality service and the ability to lead, motivate, train and retain a team of people.

Key Responsibilities:
– Training/ development of employees
– Manage the store KPI’s, sales & productivity targets
– Stock ordering, control & rotation
– H & S
– Storage & display
– Presentation & maintenance of store
– Delivery of fantastic customer service
