Salary: £240 – £264 per day
Our client are leading multi disciplinary building consultancy based in Kent area, they are currently recruiting for a CDM Coordinator/Health & Safety Consultant to support the team in delivering its key CDM/H&S commissions to clients based mainly in the central London area.
Skills/Experience Required
• Be RMAPS accredited, and hold a relevant qualification (NEBOSH Construction Certificate)
• Experience working as a CDM-C on a wide range of construction projects
• Hold an appropriate Health and Safety qualification (minimum NEBOSH General Certificate)
• Have experience of dealing successfully with clients and contractors
• Practical experience in construction and building related issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
• Have a sound working knowledge of computer programs, Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint etc.
