An exciting opportunity has arisen for Retail Distribution Assistant to join a well-known branded company in the Kettering area with flexible working rotas, potential permanent work and plenty of over time paid at 1.5x

This is an excellent opportunity to earn up to £26,000 per year on overtime hours.

Work will last up to Christmas and into the new year.

The role of a Retail Distribution Assistant is offered on temporary to ongoing basis, potentially leading to permanent positions.

As a Retail Distribution Assistant your duties will include:

* Working within a busy Industrial environment

* Picking and packing fashion items

* Using modern voice activated headsets

* Working as part of a close team and have the initiative to work on your own accord

* Ensuring customer daily KPI’S are met.

As a Retail Distribution Assistant you will have the following skills and experience:

* Manual handling experience

* Flexible attitude and team player

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* LLOP licences are advantageous but not essential

* Must be able to travel to Kettering NN14 4QT

* Candidate must have a flexible approach to working hours

As a Retail Distribution Assistant you will be expected to work 5 out of the 7 operational days a week. Working days can be static or rotational based on your requirements. We have 2 shifts available: 6am – 2pm & 10pm – 6am

Any hours over 40 hours worked will be paid at 1.5x your hourly rate
