Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 per year
An exciting new position has become available for a Lead Python Developer to join a new communications agency that is revolutionising the way in which companies use technology to drive bold campaigns.
The founders are currently building a specialist team to cater a number of client projects. The ideal candidate is a passionate developer, with a strong background in Python Development & a deep understanding of web framworks such as flask or django.
As Lead Python Developer will have experience in the following:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, related discipline or equivalent experience
– 5+ years commercial experience in industry
– Excellent experience with Python, Java and JavaScript is beneficial too
– Experience with web technologies and frameworks (such as flask/django)
The ideal candidate will have:
– Strong communication skills
– Experience in advertising and marketing data interpretation
– Ability to identify systems and build a tech stack from scratch
– Experience of leading high-performing engineering teams a bonus
There is opportunity for this lead python developer role to progress into a CTO role as the company continues to scale up and expand.
In return you will receive a salary of £60,000 – £90,000, & the opportunity to join the employee share option scheme. Also included: a matched pension contribution, unlimited holiday and flexible working (among others).
