Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year
Our client is an established manufacturer of some 50 years in the Swadlincote area. They are currently looking to appoint a Buyer with great negotiating ability to carry out the following duties:
- Purchase raw materials
- Source new/alternative suppliers and products
- Identify possibly market shortages and work to minimise impact
- Achieve best possible price for both contracts and one offs
- Ensure that all systems are maintained with relevant information
- Ad hoc duties including project work as required
This role will ideally suit someone who has carried out a similar role and is looking to work for a company that will allow them to work on multiple projects and make decisions.
