Working for a well established on-line supplier of domestic home ware and garden products, we are looking for a creative and dedicated individual to join their ecommerce team as a creative assistant responsible for in-house photography, product content with aspects of graphic design and videography.
The suitable candidate will be given the opportunity to enter a thriving and rapidly growing business with far reaching aspirations for development in the forthcoming years.
The role will suit someone who is motivated by producing images and content that will be appealing to the customer and that influence conversion.
The position will suit a capable all round creative individual with some commercial experience/skills. You should have strong experience in product photography, a strong command of the English language, graphic design / photography editing skills and previous experience / desire to gain experience in videography.
The role will be broad and far reaching taking into account the scope of markets that the company is currently engaged in. Continuous development keeping the product images, descriptions and development into new types of product display such as “how to” videos, 360 degree images, etc. will create an engaging and diverse role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Photography of all new product lines / updating of existing product lines. This will include editing of all images.
• Creative responsibility for the development of appealing lifestyle product images.
• Creative input and development of product descriptions and web content.
• Input on blog entries
• Development of product video guides.

Key Requirements:
• Creative by nature with a good eye for product photography.
• Excellent technical and photographic skills to include IT requirements such as Photoshop.
• An interest in the commercial aspect of photography and the influence it has on the ability to market and in turn the success of a product.

Experience / Education:
• Degree / A-Level in Photography preferred
• Experience in online retail would be ideal.

Driving licence required as the company has an additional site in Fareham.
