3 roles are currently available in Belfast, including part-time (19.5 hours per week/18.5 hours a week and 37 hours a week available). An Enhanced access NI is required for this role which costs £33.
Summary of the role:
To be responsible to the Community Development Officer for the supervision of access to the centre and its environs, to respond to requests from the public and to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and the good appearance of the building and its environs.
To ensure accurate and timely production of all necessary documentation, reports and official returns.
To act as a main key-holder.
Experience
at least six months’ relevant experience in each of the following areas:
a) operation of facilities ideally in a supervisory capacity, that is, health and safety procedures, cleaning and maintenance and associated administrative duties; and
b) dealing with members of the public.

• The ability to demonstrate a sound awareness of customer care procedures, and respond appropriately to the needs of internal and external customers.

• The capability to make operational decisions in an effective manner which contribute to the achievement of operational objectives and take into account the views of others.
