Ivy Recruitment is currently working with a client to support them in hiring a Children’s Registered Manager based in Brighton & Hove for a 5 bedded home for children aged 12-16 years old on referral with EBD and complex needs.
The essential we are looking for in a suitable candidate would be:
·Have the level 5 or nearly completed
·Experience in residential child care of 5 years or more in a leadership role, Deputy or Registered Manager
·A good employment history showing stability
·Good knowledge of the regulations and inspections
·Driver would be desirable
·Experience of Therapeutic child care is desirable
·Good track record of good or above in Ofsted inspections
The salary will increase this April due to cost of living. The home is in Brighton and Hove, 5 bedded for children aged 12 – 16 years on referral with EBD and complex needs.
