Insurance Advisor – Personal Lines

Long established independent provincial firm. Newly created role to ensure they are maintaining the highest of client service & maximising business opportunities. This role will involve supporting the Directors/Account Execs in servicing a portfolio of Personal Lines clients – with many accounts connected to key Commercial Insurance business. Dealing with a range of Insurance Personal Lines Insurance client – covering Private Motor Insurance cover, Household contents & buildings, travel, personal accident, pet insurance etc. Providing quotations for new business, maintaining renewal diaries, and pro-actively re-broking business at renewal stage to obtain the best terms and ensure high levels of business retention. Handling mid-term adjustments, and responding to day to day queries. This may appeal to someone who has gained experience within Motor Insurance broking, who would like to expand their skills and knowledge into other areas of general insurance broking. Confident communication skills, with a can-do approach to customer service. Current/recent experience within Motor Insurance Broking; knowledge of Household and other Personal Lines cover is an advantage.
