Salary: £14.4 – £16.8 per hour

Window Patching Machine Operator – Packaging

Location: Nottingham

Salary: DOE

Company: A leading and award winning packaging manufacturer.

Role: To manufacture printed folded cartons using window patching machines.

* Make ready and run window patching machines

* To ensure the machine is kept clean and tidy and that maintenance programmes are followed and documented

* Monitoring quality

* Organise systems to ensure all jobs and raw materials for the shift are ready

* Complete documentation for traceability and to maintain our excellent BRC standards

Requirements:

* Good knowledge & experience of carton construction

* Experience operating window patching machines

* Experience within folding and gluing would be advantageous

* Passionate about results and fundamental belief in health & safety, quality, performance and training – demonstrates can do attitude

* Self-motivated, with the ability to think individually with well-reasoned decision-making qualities

* Excellent communicator (written and verbal), with an excellent team working ethic

* Excellent attention to detail and willingness to challenge

* Ability to problem solve & mechanical aptitude
