Assistant Manager (Coffee House)

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Cirencester team!

We are a small, but fast growing, chain of coffee-houses around Wales, the South West and the South Coast and now we’re looking for someone to join our existing Cirencester store.

To make our Cirencester store a great place for customers and for employees alike, we need to recruit an energetic Assistant Manager with enthusiasm, a positive attitude and of course a passion for coffee.

We believe in giving our employees the opportunity to learn, develop and progress whilst offering incentives and bonuses. Coffee#1 Assistant Managers have the potential to become Store Managers, Trainers and Area Managers in the future too.

As Assistant Manager, your focus will be to work with your team to ensure the delivery of our 3 C’s – quality Coffee, Customer Service and Cleanliness. You will have supervisory and customer service experience, and ideally some coffee experience; however we provide excellent training for all recruits.

We’ve been around for over 10 years (winning the Cafe Society’s ‘Cafe/Bar Chain of the Year’ Award four years running!) and have become locally known as the go-to place for ‘the best coffee in town’.

We use the finest ethically-traded, gourmet coffee beans, all the latest coffee-making kit and we train up all team members to be skilled artisan baristas!

Aside from our coffee, what makes us special is providing cosy, welcoming coffee houses with a sociable, community atmosphere…. so warm and friendly baristas are an essential part of the recipe too!

Store Manager (£26,000 per year*)
