Recruitment Officer

Salary: £33,600 – £38,974 per year

Our client is a well established and reputable brand based on the outskirts of Lichfield. They are presently looking to recruit a Recruitment Officer to complement their existing team. The role is varied and interesting and will involve carrying out the following duties:

* Conducting screening interviews

* Placing vacancies, interviewing and offering out roles

* Managing social media campaigns

* Proactively searching candidates

* Working with recruitment agencies

* Reporting on monthly KPIs

* Offer support for graduate and placement programmes

* Carry out agency due diligence reports

* Ensure all visa requirements and legal documentation is on file

* Build relationships with job centres, agencies, etc

* Analyse and report on recruitment trends

* Offer creative and innovative ideas for recruitment

* Organise and support assessment days

* Ad hoc duties as required

In order to carry out this role, it is expected that the successful candidate will have a proven recruitment track record with the ability to build on strong relationships. You should also be creative with the ability to think outside of the norm to address challenges. The role would suit someone with an HR background who has been involved in recruitment matters or someone with an agency backgound who enjoys the role but wants to get away from the sales aspect of the job!
