Weighbridge Operator

Salary: £26,000 per year

Axiom Personnel are currently recruiting for an ongoing temporary Weighbridge Administrator for our client in Ockendon. The role is offering £26,000 per year and will be working Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm. It is essential that you have a full driving license and own vehicle to apply for this position. The role will be working within a busy, fast paced industrial office within a team. This role will be fan ongoing, long-term temporary role but there is a large chance this role will go permanent also.

The role:

– Liaising regularly with drivers, ensuring that they are adhering to health and safety regulations, helping direct them into the site

– Speaking to customers over the phone and via email answering any queries

– Updating Excel spreadsheets and other general administration including scanning and filing

– Working as part of a team

The successful candidate;

– Strong communications skills – written and verbal

– Computer literate

– Good Admin and Customer Service experience ideally within an Industrial environment

– Team player

– Ideally experience working closely with drivers but not essential

– Must have own safety boots or happy to purchase a pair if successful
