Salary: £31,200 – £54,000 per year
Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading online retail services company in the recruitment of an Account Manager. In this role you will work proactively with internal and external parties to retain relationships and develop their performance.
Key duties include:
* Negotiate outstanding exclusive offers from clients, liaising with Marketing and other departments to provide the necessary tools to achieve these.
* Providing excellent, pro-active account management to clients
* Develop clients and their presence on websites to boost their performance.
* Deepen partner relationships and generate opportunities for co-marketing and coalitions.
* Build effective relationships with clients, networks and agencies. This will involve attending network events and affiliate days as well as dealing appropriately and promptly with queries received on a daily basis.
* Generate advertising revenue for the business using on-site email placements and opportunities.
* Deliver reports and analysis to partners to encourage increasingly better exclusive offers and higher advertising spend.
* Develop a strategic plan for your accounts portfolio based on data and analysis. Present plans to the wider team and deliver results in an effective manner.
* Working as part of the Commercial team to help each other achieve shared and individual goals.
* Take responsibility for helping to prioritise offers throughout the site and mobile app.
We seek passionate and proactive Sales Account Manager with proven successes. We are particularly keen to receive applications from candidates with a background in advertising sales and/or within the online retail sector. Experience with affiliate marketing/account management is highly advantageous.
Remote working is available for the right candidate, with visits to the Sheffield office when required.
