Site Coordinator – Finance

We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Site Coordinator to join our team in Linford Aircrete.

Main Responsibilities
The Assistant Site Coordinator – will support the Senior Site Coordinator in managing the provision of the site financial transactions and other key deliverables.

• Provide support to the senior site coordinator.

• Manage local financial systems including raising purchase orders, GRN in line with budgets, resolving queries with transactions, working with suppliers, and purchasing teams to get best value for the business.

• Assisting with SAP transactions for materials and stock controls where required.

• Support the other functions where required, such as weighbridge, stock transactions and contractor inductions.

• Assist with ensuring compliance of all Health and Safety paperwork and take minutes at site meetings as and when required.

• Any other duties as requested by Senior Site Coordinator or any of the Management Team.

The Ideal Candidate
Computer literate, with SAP/BW skills an advantage.

Ability to work in a challenging matrix environment.

Good understanding of financial transactions and P&L accounts.

Experience with Microsoft Excel.

Good management, organisational and communication skills.

Ability to identify and support process change and improvement.

Knowledge of Health and Safety.
