Job description

We are working with a niche business transformation consultancy undergoing continued growth and success within the UK market. My client has created a culture very different from the typical consulting brands, with a significant focus on a flat structure, entrepreneurial spirit and innovation.

My client works across a number of sectors in which they have continued to build their presence and are currently leading some of the largest transformation programmes in the UK.

As a result my client is looking for experienced Programme Directors who can continue their success, impact clients and add to the culture they have created whilst being at the forefront of their growth. As a result my client is looking for significant experience in the following:

* Leading large scale business transformation programmes with Tier 1 companies
* Experience of working with and influencing C Level stakeholders
* Experience of defining and scoping large scale transformation programmes and then leading the delivery
* Experience in consulting
