Education Recruitment Consultant – Nottingham

This position will be working for a privately owned Teacher Recruitment agency in the heart on Nottingham.

The reason the position has come about is due to an internal promotion, you will inherit a desk covering a defined geographical area.

You will be given a warm desk with user schools and a healthy data base of Teachers and support staff.

The ideal candidates will come from an education recruitment background.

This agency supplies to Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and SEN Schools/PRU’s with a particular emphasis on Longer term placements alongside the “day to day” supply.

You will have access to some excellent marketing material, effective pay roll and compliance team and continued external and internal training.

This role would suit either a current consultant or Senior consultant wanting a change from the traditional corporate recruitment environment.

You will have continued staff training and development, regular 1 2 1s and salary reviews twice a year.
