Crisis Management Claims Adjuster

Mackenzie Stuart is currently looking to recruit the services of an experienced Crisis Management Claims Adjuster to join a leading London based insurer. Candidates will need at least five years experience in claims adjusting as well as specific experience adjusting Product Recall and Contamination claims across and range of commercial industries. This is an opportunity for a claims individual with a specific skill set.

Key responsibilities are:

*Take responsibility for a large and diverse range of Product related Claims leading to loss of profits and bodily injury
*Cases relating to accidental and intentional contamination and product extortion
*Crisis management relating to terrorist attacks, high profile killings, extortion and political insurgency resulting in injury, death, property damage and loss of earnings
*Traveling to various locations and appoint relevant third parties to assist in the investigation of potentially fraudulent claims
*Assist in the development of strategies of claims investigation and resolution when dealing with claims from multiple parties from a single instance
*Due to the growth in the department candidates with previous experience are preferred with the view of assisting with the development of more junior employees

Candidates with ACII qualifications and knowledge of the ECF system will be preferred. Professional experience dealing with Crisis management is essential and candidates with Accident and Health claims and Commercial Liability experience will also be considered.

Salary 55,000 to 60,000 plus package
