Contract Creo / Pro Engineer Design Draughtsman

Parker White are currently seeking a Design Draughtsman / Detailer conversant with Creo or Pro Engineer Wildfire 4 to undertake a short term (1-2 month) contract within a Manchester based manufacturer of Scientific apparatus.

My client is seeking an experienced draughtsman to assist their existing design team as they experience an increased period or work. Main duties of the role will be to adapt and update existing drawings as instructed by the design management.

Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:

• Extensive experience in Creo or Pro Engineer Wildfire 4.
• Strong ability in adapting and update existing 3D Models and 2D drawings
• Managing heavy and varied workloads
• HND / HNC in Mechanical Design or Similar Discipline (Preferred but not essential)
• A background in Mechanical Design

In return my client is offering an hourly rate of £26.4ph on a 37.5 hr week. Initial contracts will be drawn up for 3 months. Extension is dependant on workload

This position would be perfect for anyone coming to the end of their contract looking to bridge a gap between full time work or longer contract roles.
