Welder / Fabricator

Salary: £35,261 per year

We are currently recruiting for a Welder/Fabricator for an oil & gas services client in Aberdeen. This would be a core 40 hour week with overtime as and when required.

Main duties will include but not be limited to:-

Working knowledge and prior experience of M.I.G and Flux Core welding processes and techniques in multiple positions 

Good literacy and numeracy skills. 

Ability to work to a high standard or workmanship.

 Ability to learn new skills.

Work to tight deadlines in a safe and accurate manner.

 Ability to work unsupervised in diligent and safe manner

Skills:

 Prior welding experience 

Tig Welding (stainless steel & aluminium) (not essential)

 Numeracy & literacy • Mechanical aptitude.

 Forklift driving (not essential)

 Ability to perform fabrication work to offshore standard DNV 2.7-1
