The Role

As a Payroll Service Design Manager, you will act as the prime interface for senior management for service design. You will be responsible for documenting and agreeing the service design scope, strategy and framework.

· Provide payroll functional / design requirements (for a multi frequency/employee type) to the technology team to build best in class payroll process.

· Accountable for planning and designing tests that validate solution built is in line with design specification.

· Responsible for ensuring that policies, processes, and procedures are in place to protect a live operational environment.

· Contribute to delivering the operations outcomes of engaging effectively with the stakeholders (client organisation, technology teams, other connected vendors/partners).

· Manage a shared roadmap and monitoring against milestones and reporting to clients and TCS Leadership.

· Work with teams around the UK and India.
